Routine Dental Examination

At Madhuvan Dental Care, routine care includes dental exams, x-rays, smile analysis and treatment planning.

Good oral hygiene and health are of utmost importance, and we at Madhuvan Dental Care understand that completely. This is why we recommend biannual dental visits – it helps in the early detection of dental decay, complications in the gums/bones, TMJ (Temporomandibular) disorders and diagnosis of cancer and other oral diseases.

At the time of routine dental check up, the dentist will:

  • Assess your oral hygiene and health
  • Take a full dental base chart of your teeth
  • Check your jaws and gums
  • Create a treatment list
  • Take X-rays and other diagnostic tests

As recommended by doctors – two times in year. If you haven’t gotten your teeth checked in really long, schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

When you arrive at Dental Sphere, you will be attended to and made comfortable by our receptionist. The dentist will then examine your teeth and gums – they might even take an X- ray to check your teeth thoroughly. The dentist will then explain to you if there’s a problem and then provide you with the solution.

Our priority is to diagnose and treat any urgent condition that pose an immediate threat to your oral health. Next is prevention, which means controlling the disease process, promoting wellness and helping you maintain good overall oral health. This is important to make sure that any major restorative work is successful in the long term. Once the chief complaint is taken care of, we proceed with the major restorative work which builds upon the healthy foundation.

We offer several options for bleaching teeth: in-office, home (overnight or daily). One session of in-house bleaching generally lasts one to two hours, and you can read or relax during the treatment. For overnight bleaching, we make an impression of your teeth and create a mouth guard that fits your bite. You’ll be directed to fill the mouth guard each day with a small amount of bleaching gel and wear it overnight, or for a few hours during the day. The overnight bleaching process takes approximately two weeks.

Dental Sphere provides emergency services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you experience any emergency (pain, bleeding or swelling), all you have to do is call us at our emergency number. The patient will be attended as soon as possible as we prioritize in patient’s well being.
